You can pay for your storage unit through our online payment portal. You can pay for your storage unit from the comfort of your home by simply clicking on the “Pay Online” icon on our website.

What is the minimum amount required to move in?

Rent will be prorated on the day of move-in. Additionally, there is a one-time administration fee and recurring insurance options. To make your experience easy and smooth, we do not require a deposit.

When can I move into my storage unit?

You can move into your storage unit during the storage facility’s office hours in case you need assistance or supplies. To learn what your storage facility’s office hours are, browse our locations online and find one that fits your needs.

How do I gain access to my storage unit through a gated facility?

If your facility is gated, you will receive an access code upon registration that will give you access to your storage unit.

Are your facilities fenced and gated?

Several of our storage facilities have fenced areas and protected access to provide even greater security.

What contents are prohibited from being stored?

Some content is not suitable for storage in our storage units. These include irreplaceable and valuable possessions, items of emotional and special value, etc.

What kind of lock do I need for my storage unit?

Bilmahd Energy Storage provides free disk locks and keys to all customers.

How do I discontinue my rental?

Termination of rental requires 30 days written notice prior to moving out. Please let us know your expected move-out date by phone, email, or text message.
